Throughout her career as a public servant, Jennifer has practiced and advocated for a data-centric, quantitative approach to the management and provision of public goods.  Jennifer founded Neighborhood Analytics in order to connect organizations that serve communities and families with resources they need in order to make sound data-driven decisions.
